The American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia (AmCham) organized a Business breakfast which gathered 70 representatives of the business community. The opportunities for the business community to utilize EU funds was presented by Mr. Zvonimir Savić, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister on economic affairs.
In the forthcoming period, the Republic of Croatia will have at its disposal 22 billion euros from the Multiannual Financial Framework (2021-2027) and the Next Generation EU (2021-2024) instrument, where the largest part is the Mechanism for Recovery and Resilience based on the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The conclusion was that it would be beneficial to announce the tenders in advance so that the business community can prepare better, with the objective of better utilization of funds.
